I hired Alan and his team to completely renovate my two bedroom house in June/July. Within four days of speaking to Alan he sent me a detailed quotation for the work, and once I gave him the go ahead the team started immediately. Right from the start Alan's frequent and detailed communication was excellent. He even sent little videos of the work so I could see progress as I didn't live nearby.
As is always the case with working on houses, there are always small glitches - in this case some issues with the B&Q kitchen ordered. In each case Alan always took the initiative and sorted out all the problems without any fuss or additional cost. Nothing was too much trouble.
The final product was just beautiful - and Alan incorporated any small changes I requested.
